- Failed to register the product
Here are some possibilities that you can not register.
a. The camera of your iPhone is disallowed to be used by Accutension Stetho
The App needs to use the camera to scan the QR code so you need to allow the use of the camera of your phone. Here is a video to show how you can turn it on in your iPhone Settings if you rejected when you were asked.
b. Your iPhone or iPad does not have internet access
The registration requires internet access to work. If the internet access is off, please turn it on.
c. Other reasons
Please try registration one more time. If it still does not work, please contact us.
- Can't see visualization of pulse sounds but noise or just see weak signals in the sound curve but can hear when you playback with your earphone after recording
b. Please make sure the diaphram side faces the skin of the arm. If all these are correct, have you started recording when the cuff is still inflated (the number on your blood pressure monitor still increases)? Here is a video to show how the visualization of the sounds (sounds curve) looks like if it records the noise during cuff inflation. In this case, the pulse signal might look like weak. Actually the pulse sounds are not affected. You can trim off the noise to improve sounds signal resolution as shown in the video.

- When you do the calibration, there is no sounds signal displayed, even noise
